La société Steiger Participations SA est active dans le développement, la production et la vente de machines à tricoter rectilignes industrielles. Basée à Vionnaz, où sont développées et produites les machines pour l’Europe, Steiger possède en plus une ligne de production en Chine dédiée au marché asiatique et américain. Steiger s’est spécialisé dans les machines pour la mode haut de gamme et est devenu leader mondial pour les applications médicales et orthopédiques.
