Theoretical limits may be adjusted according to empirical observations made by technicians.
2. Self-diagnostic routines that the machine performs between productions to determine the level of component wear. Based on the results obtained, the machine suggests maintenance or replacement of worn components.
3. A library with image and text descriptions of the actions to be taken.
The status of each machine connected to the network is also available on the Netcontrol 2.0, the Steiger production management software. It collects the status of each machine and enables the workshop manager to plan preventive maintenance tasks in advance, and to coordinate them dynamically with his production schedule.
